What I do: I am very excited to be part of the opening team for the Balarampur Hospital Foundation. I organise free medical camps in India three times a year, delivering an excellent quality of service, using the latest evidence-based techniques and care for our people at Balarampur, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a team, we work with all the villagers and relatives to ensure that everyone receives the individual care and service they require and deserve. I am also involved with ‘B.N. Prasad Memorial Social Welfare, India’, ‘Mission4vision, India’, and ‘Impaired Vision International, UK.’
My experience: I do have over ten years of management experience with Non-Profit organisations. I have developed my passion for taking minute detail of any project and developing standard operational Procedures (SOP) for each project. I also have 12 years of managing and taking care of older adults at Kingsheaven Rest Home in the UK. I am associated with Balarampur Hospital Foundation because of my passion for creating awareness about general health care and eye care in remote and underdeveloped areas of India. My combined experience in running a nursing home and healthcare will ensure that Balarampur Hospital Foundation delivers excellent holistic health care.
About me : I have many hobbies outside work. I love travelling and try to get at least two weeks each year in the mountains and away from the hustle-bustle of city life. I love reading books and podcasts related to healthcare. Cooking is my passion; I experiment with innovative food for health and taste.
