We believe in ‘Change from Inside Out’. To keep ourselves healthy, we must understand how to prevent diseases. This is very much possible by changing our immediate environment, sanitation, cleanliness, and adding nutritious food to our daily diet intake. Taking this into perspective, we educate children, women and men in remote areas and towns and propagate health-related education sessions so that diseases can be avoided in the first place. We run ‘prevention of blindness’ programmes among children, sanitation and cleanliness drives in the community. We collaborate with school authorities to offer education sessions to children and teach them on how to identify eyesight-related issues, what is nutrition, and why it is important for us.

Another area of emphasis is increasing employability to relieve poverty in households. We provide vocational training (sewing, computer training) to people so that they can support families and become financially independent and more stable.
