Dr Shailja Chaturvedi has worked and lived in Australia for well over 5 decades. She started annual surgical ophthalmology clinics in Rishikesh India. by visiting ophthalmologists from Australia. Shailja Worked towards improving mental health services in Fiji as well as Founded Children’s Cancer Foundation in UP. She is very much interested to support Balrampur Hospital foundation UK.

She has published 3 books , Raising a Child, Refectios of a Psychiatrist,and 3rd is named Global Citizen Of India.
